Vegan Mama's thick Pumpkin Ginger Soup is basically a bowl full of health!
A combination of pumpkin, ginger, tumeric and garlic, this soup is low carb, gluten free and contains some great anti-inflammatory properties.
This deliciously moreish meal in a bowl will arrive with coconut yoghurt and pumpkin seeds. Just heat and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper, curl up on the sofa and enjoy winter!
