Aromatic Middle Eastern flavours hit your senses first and are closely followed by a veritable unearthing of flavours and texture from the carrots to the chickpeas to the organic raisins. Tangy, crunchy, sweet … wow!
Served with couscous and roasted slivered almonds. A little harissa on the side to satisfy the spicier side of life-ers, together with a blackened lemon half for one tiny hit of sour on top. Want more? Add some chopped coriander on top or some coconut yoghurt on the side.
